During this one-year course, you will gain a thorough understanding of airline operations and the role of cabin crew.
You will use your passion for travel and meeting new people, to help you develop excellent customer service skills as well as the technical abilities to perform cabin crew duties. You will be able to learn emergency procedures and cabin crew tasks in our replica Airbus A320, while being taught by our professional tutors who have all worked in the industry.

You will taught by industry professionals and ex-cabin crew staff, who have excellent links to major airlines flying from Gatwick and Heathrow and regular visitors from leading airlines and tour operators play a vital role in the learning experience. The employment unit prepares all candidates for interview selection.
Assessment is varied and comprises of the following: - Online examination - Role plays - Real Working Environment assessments for survival, interview day and cabin service - Short answer question sheets - Designing and developing industry manuals - Practical assessment in the workplace/ mock interview day - Written assignments
4 GCSEs grade A*/9 - D/3 including English and maths, or a prior Level 2 qualification. Minimum age 17 years old at enrolment.
On completion of the course you can progress straight into employment or to one of our Travel and Tourism programmes where you can complete a Level 3 Diploma, which take you into the industry or to on to university.
You will also be set for a career in Cabin Crew with leading airlines based at London Airports. You will have also acquired a number of transferable skills that may also lead to many other opportunities within the travel industry.
