�Photography is truth, the cinema is truth 24 times a second� Jean-Luc Goddard Whether you want to develop an army of Instagram followers or YouTube subscribers; tell personal stories in film or capture the moment in a photograph forever. This course will develop your skills and confidence to express yourself through the lens, screen and print. Cameras, Premiere pro, Photoshop, dark room techniques, professional photography studios, short films, documentaries, street photography, portraiture, surrealist photography, art-installations, and more. Work with like-minded creative students to plan and develop Film and Photography projects. You will discover your passion for creation through a sandbox approach to help you chose your own pathway in a final major project at the end of the year

How will it be delivered?

Assessment is continuous throughout the course with key dates published in year for academic review with your tutors and through production based assignments. There is no formal examination for the diploma but you will complete an end of year project for external moderation. This Final Major Project will give you an opportunity to specialise in TV, Film making or Photography.

Entry requirements

You must achieve at least five GCSEs grade A*/9 - C/4 in four different subjects, including English Language and/or maths, or an equivalent Level 2 vocational qualification.
