What will you be working towards?
This course will take you around the cuisine of some European countries ( Spain, France, Greece, Hungary and Sweden). We will cover making chicken and chorizo rice, patatas bravas, cassoulet, moussaka, Hungarian coconut balls Swedish meatballs, Swedish sticky chocolate cake Kladdkaffa and lots more. Approximate costs of ingredients to buy will be �8-�12 per week. Please bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towel to each session. Tutor: John Kittle
