This qualification covers all the patisserie and confectionery skills and knowledge needed for a successful career as a pastry chef
How will it be delivered?
Your skills and knowledge will be assessed through a range of methods such as practical assessments, written unit papers and assignments. You will create a portfolio of evidence.
You must achieve at least five GCSEs grade A*/9 - C/4 in four different subjects, including English Language and maths, or an equivalent Level 2 vocational qualification.
