Overview

The Music Performance and Production course aims to support you to build skills in composing, recording, producing, and performing music. The curriculum offers you the opportunity to develop musicianship and technical skills.

The curriculum has been designed to offer you a range of opportunities to craft and develop musical and audio skills for a range of different contexts, with a focus on practical learning and project-based assignments to support your competencies in building a portfolio of relevant musical works.

If you are applying for Level 2, you will start at a beginner level and so require sufficient commitment to learn new skills.

Entry requirements

  • A previous Level 1 qualification and/or GCSE Grades 2-3 - subject to interview​
