With access to our state-of-the-art recording studios, this highly practical course will teach you about the music industry and develop your musical skills. Based within the exciting and vibrant creative industries department, you can choose either a performance or production pathway. Students have access to industry-standard recording equipment and software, as well as rehearsal rooms and our own professional theatre. Industry-based projects and work experience opportunities are part of each course curriculum, enabling you to develop the skills to progress to a career in the music industry with the energy and confidence to thrive.

Qualifications required
To start at this level, you need at least three GCSES at grade 3 (D/E) or above, including English and maths.
Additional requirements
Start on the Level 1 Music & Media course if you do not have these grades.
